One table for the fleetEach server shows its Always On AG (with a health badge), Dist AG, log shipping role (for example “3 secondary” or “4 primary”), replication role (Publisher / Distributor) and whether data was collected. Servers with none show “No HA/DR configured”.

Always On detailAvailability group health, primary replica, quorum state, replica and database counts, max lag, redo queue and send queue.

Replica and database statesPer replica: role, commit mode, failover mode, operational state, connection and sync health. Per database replica: sync state, lag, redo and send queues and rates, and ETA.
