Server Inventory

The Inventory screen answers “what exactly is this server?” Pick a server and see logical CPUs, total memory, user databases, drives, memory pressure and uptime at a glance, then explore the tabs: Overview, Storage, Databases, Log Files, TempDB, Memory Pressure, Top Queries and Configuration.

What you see on this screen

  Server identity and hardwareMachine name, server name and instance, plus logical CPUs, physical cores and hyperthread ratio.

  Database summaryTotal, user and system databases; online, offline and read-only counts; FULL vs SIMPLE recovery; auto-shrink and auto-close flags.

  SQL servicesStatus of SSRS, SSAS and SSIS — installed, not installed, running or stopped.
